
Extra virgin olive oil : “Le Mandrie “
Our olive grove extends over one hectare of hilly land, facing south-east ; made up of around 140 plants of the frantoio, leccino and moraiolo varieties.
The harvest begins in mid-October when the fruits have reached the right degree of ripeness. It is done manually with the help of facilitators and small rakes.
The cold pressing is performed in a short time, between 48 and 72 hours from the harvest.
No chemicals are used in our olive grove.
